Customer Experience Improvement Program
Would you like to actively participate in the development of CUR3D and other RUHRSOURCE software?
You always want to keep your RUHRSOURCE software up-to-date with the latest releases?
Do you always want to be a step ahead of others?
Then we would like to welcome you in our customer experience improvement program!
In order to participate in the customer experience improvement program, you do not have to do much. Simply start your RUHRSOURCE software, for example CUR3D and switch to the settings.
There you will find the menu item “Join the customer experience improvement program”. In addition, there is a field that you must activate with a checkmark. Now save the settings by clicking the hook at the bottom of the dialog. And last but not least, restart CUR3D.
If there are updates to the respective product, which have not yet been published as stable by the development, but still have the beta status (release candidate), they are now downloaded and can be installed as usual. This gives you new features and improvements that have not yet been released in the “stable” version.
If you want to stop participating in the customer experience improvement program, proceed as follows:
- Open the settings
- Deactivate the field next to “Join the customer experience improvement program”
- Save settings
Done! Now you get only “stable” program updates again. We recommend that you uninstall the software once and then download and install the latest stable version.
What is also changing for me when I participate in the customer experience improvement program?
